If you select our Next Day Delivery option, and your UK order is placed and accepted before 1pm Monday to Thursday, we aim to have your order delivered to your door the very next day provided the next day is not a UK bank or public holiday. If you place an order after 1pm on a Thursday, or on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday then we aim to have the goods delivered the following Tuesday.
Next Day Inline Skates Delivery is not available for certain areas of the UK including the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands. For a full list of available postcodes please contact our Customer Services team. If the delivery destination is located in an area where 24hr delivery is not available, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.

Couriers will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit, a calling card will be left with the courier’s contact number to arrange re-delivery. Our courier’s will deliver until 9pm in most areas!
If nobody is at address at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt to deliver to a neighbour, where a calling card will be left advising the details of delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed and therefore please ensure all details are correct at time of ordering. All orders will be shipped from Southampton – England.
Delivery upgrades (delivery before 9am, 10am, 12am) are available for an additional price. For detailed shipping costs, please contact us.
Please note that you can benefit from our combined postage only if you add all your items to the one shopping basket.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm will be sent out same day for economy or next day delivery.
Orders placed after 1pm or on Saturday or Sunday will be sent out Mondays and delivered to you on Tuesdays (Next Day Delivery Service).
Once we have booked your parcel with the couriers we will provide a consignment number by email or text message so you can track your order any time.

We are happy to provide a quote for you after checking the most up to date International delivery courier charges. Packages sent outside of the UK that are for International delivery are calculated volumetrically which means that this is by the size of the package in addition to its weight. Charges also vary depending on the space that is left for the means of transport your order will be arriving on.

If the item you order is out of stock you will still need to pay for the item when you order. We will ship your goods to you as soon as they arrive.
If at any point you get bored of waiting, we will cancel the order and refund the total amount, no problem! But we would guarantee that the situation never happen!
